Returns Policy

We believe in transparent and fair trading, which is why we provide a straightforward returns policy, to ensure that you can be satisfied with each and every order from us.

The items available for sale on our website are described as accurately as possible, however, please note that images are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally vary in appearance.


Our Return Process

  • To open a return, please email us at

  • If the item is damaged, we'll send you prepaid postage link or QR code.

  • Once the item has been received, our team will process the return and provide a refund or, in case of warranty claims, a resolution. Please allow up to 7 working days for the return to be processed. 


Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind and wish to return any goods, please return them in their original condition, including tags and packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you are returning items over the value of £50, we recommend that you use a tracked shipping service.


Missing Items

Please decline the delivery of any damaged parcels, and should you notice missing items from a sealed parcel, please contact us ASAP, or within 7 days.


Faulty or Damaged Items

In the event that you have received items that were damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days as they must be returned to us for inspection by our technical team.


Refunding Payments

We issue refunds to the original payment account within 7 working days, alternatively, we can issue refunds via Bella Plasma Gift Cards which are valid for 2 years, and which can be redeemed online for future orders and/or aesthetic services.

Warranty Policy

We provide a 28-day warranty for all electrical goods which doesn't cover cosmetic damage, general wear, accidental/liquid damage, or misuse.

Most electrical products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, so should any issues arise, please contact the manufacturer directly with a copy of your receipt as this confirms the date of purchase.
